Um homem de 44 anos foi preso após ser flagrado ‘passeando’ com uma moto furtada no Jardim Nossa Senhora Aparecida, em Americana (SP), na manhã deste domingo (28). Ele alegou ter comprado o veículo por R$ 800 de um desconhecido.

O suspeito foi detido por policiais militares por volta das 11h, na Avenida Graciliano Ramos. De acordo com a PM, a equipe notou uma Honda Biz com sinais adulterados durante patrulhamento e fez a abordagem.

A polícia constatou que a moto não tinha a cor original e estava com a numeração do motor raspada. Contudo, através do número de chassi, foi possível descobrir que a moto havia sido furtada.

O condutor não tinha nenhuma documentação do veículo e disse que o comprou de um desconhecido por R$ 800.

Com isso, ele foi conduzido até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) e vai responder por receptação. A moto ficou apreendida.
