A Guarda Municipal deteve um homem embriagado por importunação sexual em Americana (SP), nesta segunda-feira (29). Ele teria passado a mão nas pernas e nádegas da vítima.

O caso aconteceu no calçadão da Rua Trinta de Julho. Mãe e filha caminhavam pelo local quando o homem de 28 anos cometeu o ato contra a mulher mais jovem.

As mulheres denunciaram o ocorrido aos agentes e a equipe conseguiu localizar o autor do crime.

De acordo com a corporação, o estado de embriaguez do sujeito impossibilitou qualquer tipo de diálogo. Ele foi conduzido ao hospital para atendimento médico e logo em seguida, apresentado no plantão policial.

A autoridade determinou que o suspeito ficasse detido sob custódia para prestar depoimento assim que o efeito alcoólico passasse.
