A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) prendeu um homem de 57 anos que tentou agarrar e beijar uma adolescente de 14 anos, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). O caso aconteceu nesta segunda-feira (30), em um comércio no Jardim das Laranjeiras.

De acordo com a corporação, a vítima é uma jovem aprendiz no estabelecimento e uma outra funcionária flagrou o homem tentando beijar a garota.

O acusado negou os fatos, mas foi detido e encaminhado ao plantão policial. Ele vai responder por importunação sexual cuja pena prevista é de 1 a 5 anos de reclusão.
