Mulher denuncia marido por posse ilegal de arma após violência doméstica em Rio Claro

Uma mulher denunciou o próprio marido por posse ilegal de arma de fogo, em Rio Claro (SP), nesta quarta-feira (1º). De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), ela fez a denúncia após ser vítima de violência doméstica.

A polícia foi até a residência da vítima no bairro Vila Nova após uma chamada via 190. A mulher informou que o marido a agrediu em data anterior, mas que ele não estava em casa. Na sequência, denunciou que o homem tinha uma arma escondida no imóvel.

Enquanto os policiais faziam buscas pelo local, o marido chegou e confirmou que possuía uma arma. A PM apreendeu o armamento e deteve o homem por posse ilegal.

O caso foi registrado no plantão policial, mas o acusado pagou fiança para responder em liberdade. A arma ficou apreendida.
