Homem foi denunciado após ter um desentendimento em um posto de combustíveis

Um homem de 35 anos foi preso por porte ilegal de arma, na manhã desta quinta-feira (26), em Santo Antônio de Posse (SP). A prisão ocorreu após ele ter um desentendimento em um posto de combustível em Mogi Mirim (SP).

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) recebeu a denúncia sobre um homem armado no estabelecimento que estava em um Toyota Corolla Cross XRX.

A equipe checou as placas, descobriu que o veículo era de Santo Antônio de Posse e aguardou a entrada dele na cidade.

A abordagem aconteceu por volta das 10h30. Assim que parou, o motorista informou que estava armado e que a arma estava embaixo de sua perna direita.

Ele confirmou o desentendimento no posto e disse ter registro de Colecionador, Atirador Desportivo, Caçador (CAC). Porém, fazia o transporte da arma em desacordo com a legislação vigente.

Os agentes apreenderam a arma modelo Glock 9mm. O carregador continha 14 munições intactas, mas a câmara estava vazia.

O caso foi encaminhado para a delegacia de polícia. A autoridade titular deu voz de prisão em flagrante pelo porte ilegal e determinou fiança cabível ao crime.
