A Polícia Militar (PM) prendeu um homem procurado pela Justiça por dever R$ 400 em pensão alimentícia. A abordagem aconteceu na sexta-feira (29), perto da escadaria do 19º Batalhão da Polícia Militar do Interior (BPMI) em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a PM, por volta das 20h30, militares em patrulhamento pela área central da cidade encontraram um homem deitado na lateral da escadaria do batalhão.

A equipe questionou o motivo dele estar ali. O homem alegou que estava descansando em um local seguro, pois havia dois rapazes querendo bater nele na praça.

Diante da situação suspeita, os policiais pesquisaram o histórico criminal do homem e descobriram que ele era procurado por não pagamento de pensão. Ainda segundo a PM, o valor devido era de R$ 400.

Com a descoberta, a equipe conduziu o homem até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde ele ficou detido à disposição da Justiça.
