Procurado pela Justiça é preso após violência doméstica

A Guarda Civil de Capivari (SP) prendeu nesta quarta-feira (14) um criminoso foragido da Justiça após um caso de violência doméstica. O crime aconteceu no bairro Castelani.

A equipe da Guarda recebeu um chamado através do Centro de Operações de Inteligência (COI), para averiguar uma denúncia de violência doméstica.

Os agentes foram ao local e conversaram com as duas partes envolvidas.

A mulher afirmou que o companheiro a agrediu por motivos fúteis. O agressor sufocou e desferiu diversos tapas no rosto da vítima, causando ferimentos na boca.

As agressões só pararam quando a vítima começou a gritar por socorro. Uma das vizinhas ouviu e acionou a Guarda Civil.

Durante a abordagem, a equipe ainda descobriu que o agressor indivíduo já era procurado pela Justiça.

O homem recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante e a equipe o encaminhou ao Pronto-Socorro da Santa Casa de Misericórdia para exames cautelares.

Logo depois, os agentes apresentaram o caso no 1º Distrito Policial. A autoridade de plantão confirmou a prisão do agressor, que permanece à disposição da Justiça.
