BAEP captura procurado por tráfico de drogas em Santa Gertrudes (SP)

Equipe especializada da Polícia Militar realiza prisão de um homem com mandado em aberto na noite de segunda-feira.

Na noite desta segunda-feira (19), por volta das 22h50, uma ação eficiente do Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (BAEP 10) resultou na captura de um procurado pela justiça no bairro Jd. Conduta, em Santa Gertrudes (SP). A abordagem, destacou-se pelo sucesso na localização e abordagemdo procurado, de 23 anos, contra quem pesava um mandado de prisão preventiva.

O mandado, expedido pela Vara Criminal da Comarca de Cordeirópolis, foi emitido em decorrência de infrações relacionadas a Lei de Drogas, que tipifica o tráfico. Durante patrulhamento especializado pelo município, identificou e abordou o rapaz na Avenida São Paulo, efetuando a prisão sem incidentes.

Após a captura, foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial de Rio Claro, onde foram tomadas as medidas legais cabíveis. Ele permanece à disposição da Justiça, aguardando as deliberações subsequentes sobre seu caso.
