Policiais do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) prenderam um criminoso envolvido em roubos a carros-fortes, na noite desta segunda-feira (22), em Monte Mor (SP).  Segundo a polícia, o mandado de prisão contra o bandido foi descoberto durante uma abordagem no Jardim São Gabriel.

A ocorrência teve início por volta das 19h, quando a equipe abordou um suspeito de 40 anos, na Rua Três. O homem não tinha nada ilícito, mas a pesquisa nominal revelou um mandado de prisão por roubo e porte ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito.

Durante a apuração, a polícia constatou que o abordado era um integrante de facção criminosa considerado de alta periculosidade e envolvido em roubos a carros-fortes.

Diante das evidências, o Baep conduziu o bandido ao plantão policial, onde ele ficou recolhido no cárcere local à disposição da Justiça.
