Um homem foi detido pela Polícia Militar (PM) com uma moto furtada, na noite deste sábado (27), no Jardim São Luiz, em Sumaré (SP).

De acordo com a PM, a equipe patrulhava pela Rua Maria Ferreira Coimbra quando viu uma Honda CB 300 suspeita, transitando na contramão. Ao perceber que seria abordado, o condutor acelerou e tentou fugir.

os policiais conseguiram interceptar o veículo e constataram que a moto não possuía chave no contato. Além disso, a placa estava adulterada com fita isolante.

Através do Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar (Copom), os policiais descobriram uma queixa de furto registrada em Campinas (SP).

O suspeito foi levado ao Distrito Policial e permaneceu à disposição da Justiça pelo crime de receptação. A moto vai passar por perícia e posteriormente deve ser devolvida à vítima.
