A Polícia Militar apreendeu, nesta terça-feira (05), quatro menores de idade por praticarem roubo de uma motocicleta no bairro Colina das Paineiras, em Santo Antônio de Posse (SP).

Os agentes estaduais realizavam patrulhamento em busca de uma motocicleta roubada e, ao obterem a identificação dos criminosos, conseguiram abordar dois deles pela Avenida Posse de Ressaca. Durante a abordagem, um dos suspeitos dispensou uma chave de moto ao chão. Apesar de nada ilícito ser encontrado com eles, ao serem indagados, confessaram a participação no crime, confirmando também a presença de mais dois envolvidos.

Por meio de diligências para apreender todos os menores envolvidos no crime, a polícia conseguiu recuperar a motocicleta e o capacete da vítima, além do “armamento” utilizado para ameaçar o proprietário da moto, que se tratava de um simulacro de arma de fogo.

Diante do flagrante de roubo, todos foram encaminhados à delegacia de polícia da cidade, onde permaneceram apreendidos pelo ato infracional de roubo, enquanto a motocicleta e o capacete foram restituídos à vítima.
