A Polícia Rodoviária prendeu um homem em flagrante por roubo de um caminhão, na tarde desta terça-feira (27), em Campinas (SP). O suspeito bateu o veículo quando viu a viatura e depois tentou fugir a pé pelo acostamento da Rodovia Professor Zeferino Vaz (SP-332).

De acordo com informações da polícia, a abordagem do suspeito aconteceu por volta das 16h, na altura do km 113.

O motorista do caminhão perdeu o controle da direção quando viu uma viatura na pista, entrou no acostamento e bateu contra a defensa metálica.

Após o acidente, o suspeito saiu do caminhão e tentou fugir a pé. Os policiais seguiram o motorista, fizeram a abordagem e encontraram um inibidor de sinal GPS na cintura dele.

Logo depois, a equipe contatou a empresa proprietária do veículo e descobriu que ele tinha sido roubado no interior do Ceasa Campinas.

Diante dos fatos, a polícia encaminhou o criminoso ao 1° Distrito Policial de Campinas para providências cartorárias.
