O caso aconteceu por volta das 10h45, na Rodovia Virgina Viel Campo Dall’Orto (SPA-115)

De acordo com a Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR), um motorista de aplicativo trafegava pela rodovia sentido Campinas a Sumaré, quando perdeu o controle da direção e cruzou o canteiro central.

Após atravessar a rodovia para a pista contrária, chocou-se contra um barranco e capotou. O veículo ainda atingiu uma placa de sinalização.

O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) foi até local e realizou os procedimentos necessários, porém o motorista e a passageira que estavam no carro tiveram apenas ferimentos leves. As vítimas foram encaminhadas a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Macararenko.

O motorista relatou que teve um mal súbito, com pontadas no peito e se apagou.

O veículo fazia uma viagem de Campinas para Sumaré (SP). O caso foi registrado ainda no local.
