Segundo o relato da mãe para polícia civil, ela encontrou no quarto do seu filho de 13 anos diversas cartas, com a letra do menino, dizendo que iria matar a família e outros dizeres, disse ainda que ficou espantada com os escritos e procurando mais pelo local, localizou duas facas e um espeto de carne de baixo da cama no adolescente.

A genitora decidiu por registrar um boletim de ocorrência não criminal, para seguir as orientações do conselho tutelar que vai procurar posteriormente, pois segundo ela seu filho não toma nenhum remédio, não faz uso de drogas e sempre foi um menino maravilhoso com todos.

O ministério público foi informado sobre os fatos e a mulher de 38 anos vai entregar as cartas a polícia civil.
