Uma adolescente, filha da condutora do veículo, foi entregue ao Conselho Tutelar, que acompanhou a ocorrência.

Os policiais realizavam ação de combate ao crime no km 758, quando abordaram o veículo Chevrolet Meriva, que tinha uma mulher na condução, um homem de passageiro e uma menor no banco traseiro.

No decorrer da fiscalização, a equipe da PRF localizou dentro da caixa de ar do carro, 76 tabletes de 500g e oito tabletes de 250g da droga, totalizando o peso aproximado de 40 kg de haxixe.

Os abordados disseram que a droga, avaliada em cerca de R$ 480 mil, seria entregue em Cachoeiro do Itapemirim (ES).

Diante do fato, o homem de 44 anos e a companheira de 48 anos, foram encaminhados à Polícia Judiciária em Três Corações. A filha da condutora, uma adolescente de 14 anos, teve o acompanhamento de uma Conselheira Tutelar.
