Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a batida aconteceu quando os condutores tentaram acessar a Rua José Carlos Wolf.

Segundo o depoimento do condutor de 64 anos, ele seguia com a esposa de 63 anos sentido centro e uma outra moto o fechou. A esposa dele disse não lembrar do que aconteceu, apenas de estar no chão.

O outro motociclista, de 31 anos, alegou que deu seta, mas o outro veículo que vinha no mesmo sentido o atingiu. Ele não ficou ferido.

A idosa sofreu uma lesão no pé e recebeu atendimento médico. Já idoso, mesmo com escoriações no braço, recusou atendimento.

Todos prestaram depoimento a polícia e como os veículos estavam com as documentações em ordem, foram liberados.
