O projeto teve algumas alterações e será submetido à Câmara de Vereadores. Entre as medidas, está a troca do horário que agora se aprovado será das 7h às 19h, de segunda a sexta-feira. Duas horas a menos do que proposta inicial.

Os carros de motoristas do transporte por aplicativos foram incluídos nos serviços isentos da regra. No entanto, todos os veículos precisam estar cadastrados na Empresa Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano (Emdec).

Se o projeto de lei for aprovado pelos vereadores, será a primeira vez que Campinas adotará o rodízio de veículos.

Sobre a previsão para votação, a assessoria do Legislativo informou que o projeto precisa ser protocolado, avaliado e passar por uma análise sobre a constitucionalidades antes de entrar na pauta.

Ainda durante o anúncio, o prefeito informou que não vai pressionar os parlamentares para que a votação seja rápida.
