Segundo o Boletim de Ocorrência, policiais militares foram acionados para comparecer na Avenida Atílio Dextro para atender uma ocorrência de violência doméstica. Na residência a vítima foi encontrada com vários hematomas pelo corpo e o autor com um corte de faca no braço esquerdo.

A mulher relatou que o mesmo começou a agredir depois de uma discussão e para se defender usou uma faca. Já o autor relatou que sentiu falta de R$ 100 em sua carteira e ao questionar sua esposa a mesma começou a agredir com uma concha , depois disso ele teria a segurado pelo braço e a empurrado.

A vítima foi encaminhada ao Hospital Municipal, onde foi constatado as escoriações nos braços e pescoço, hematomas nos punhos. O autor foi encaminhado ao Hospital Unimed, onde levou dois pontos no local do corte.

O caso foi apresentado na Polícia Civil e após os procedimentos necessários permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
