Na Avenida Rosa Belmiro Ramos, uma das mais movimentadas do município, uma farmácia e um mercado tiveram as estruturas invadidas pela água. Vários produtos estragaram. Até o momento, o prejuízo não foi informado.

Segundo a Defesa Civil, choveu 89 milímetros no período de quatro horas. A chuva também afetou outras regiões da cidade, como a Avenida Onze de Agosto e Rodovia Porto Seguro.

Situação em Vinhedo

Já em Vinhedo, cidade próxima à Valinhos, choveu mais de 110 milímetros, segundo. Defesa Civil.

Veículos chegaram a ficar submersos na Avenida Jardim Miriam.

A Prefeitura informou que pelo menos 10 famílias precisaram deixar as casas por questão de segurança

Os principais trechos foram as Avenidas da Saúde, Paschoal Ardito, Bandeirantes, Antonio Pinto Duarte e Ruas São Gabriel e Orlando Dei Santi.

De acordo com a Defesa Civil em 35 minutos choveu aproximadamente 46.2 mm e na Avenida Nicolau João Abdalla, um carro ficou submerso. Não houve vítimas.

Os alagamentos ainda estão em atendimento.
