O autor dos disparos estava em uma moto e fugiu após o crime.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) encontrou a vítima ferida na Rua Francisco Martins Gimenis, por volta das 19h30.

O pintor foi estabilizado no local e socorrido com vida ao Hospital Mario Covas, mas não resistiu a gravidade dos ferimentos.

Equipes das Polícias Militar, Civil e Técnico Científica, estiveram no local do crime e coletaram o depoimento de testemunhas e possíveis evidências.

De acordo com os relatos, o autor dos disparos estava em uma Honda Pop 110 de cor branca e com banco vermelho, e usava um uniforme da CPFL.

Até o momento, ninguém foi detido.
