O investimento na obra é de cerca de R$ 258 mil e os trabalhos devem ser concluídos até o final de julho.

De acordo com o projeto da Secretaria de Planejamento Urbano e Engenharia, a área do almoxarifado terá de 84m². No local, funcionará um depósito com cobertura de telha metálica termoacústica. Os trabalhos se concentram na preparação da área.

Investimentos constantes

Os investimentos em estrutura na base da Guarda Civil são constantes.

Em novembro do ano passado o prefeito Nilson Gaspar entregou a nova sala com simulador de tiro e táticas policiais.

Em 2019, a prefeitura entregou uma área ampliada de aproximadamente 140m². A obra incluiu a construção de banheiros e vestiários masculinos e de uma nova guarita, além de uma cobertura com telhas termoacústicas e cobertura para motos.

Na ocasião também houve uma reforma geral em todo o prédio.

A sede da Guarda Civil fica na avenida Ário Barnabé, nº 924, no Jardim Morada do Sol.
