A ação envolveu o Departamento de Fiscalização de Posturas, a Guarda Civil Municipal e Agentes de Trânsito. Foram vistoriados três estabelecimentos, em dois deles, não havia irregularidades e o terceiro, encontrava-se desativado.

Segundo o responsável pela Divisão de Fiscalização de Posturas, Antônio Carlos Donatti, a ação visa o cumprimento das leis estadual e municipal que proíbem o comércio e a soltura de fogos com estampidos, considerando-se à proximidade com o 12 de outubro, dia de Nossa Senhora Aparecida.

Denúncias relativas ao descumprimento da legislação devem ser encaminhadas pelo telefone 153 (GCM).
