Ele mantinha aves silvestres em cativeiro e há a suspeita de que esteja envolvido em um esquema de compras fraudulentas pela internet.

A operação denominada “Birds” foi deflagrada pelos Policiais Civis do 2°Distrito Policial (DP) com o apoio do Grupo de Proteção Ambiental (GPA) da Gama.

Os investigadores cumpriram mandado de busca e apreensão em uma residência e prenderam o homem. Na casa havia 123 produtos eletrônicos, 75 celulares, 22 litros de whisky, oito cartões bancários, sete notebooks, seis carimbos médicos, dois atestados médicos, duas máquinas de cartão, oito aves silvestres e R$ 7,1 mil.

Os policiais apuraram que vários dos celulares encontrados estavam ligados em rede, todos mantendo contato com possíveis estelionatários. A suspeita é a de que o detido usava a rede era para compras fraudulentas via internet.

A polícia encaminhou o detido para o para o 2º Distrito Policial, onde ele permaneceu à disposição da Justiça. Os materiais ficaram apreendidos e as aves foram encaminhadas para o Parque Ecológico.
