De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, os guardas municipais receberam uma denúncia de três homens pescando no lago do espaço de lazer e recreação.

No local o trio foi abordado e de inicio negaram a pesca.

Em busca nas imediações, os guardas encontraram uma sacola plástica contendo cinco tilápias, somando cerca de 10 quilos.

Os abordados relataram que observaram um homem pescando no local e que ao sair com uma boa quantidade de peixes, ele teria deixado a a linha “de mão”, com a qual fez a pescaria. O trio confessou que fez uso da linha e que as jogaram no lago, não sendo localizadas pelos guardas.

Já os peixes foram doados para uma deficiente física, moradora no Jardim San Marino.
