O caso foi atendido pela Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA) pelos agentes Sub.Insp.Azanha, GM A.Fernandes, GM César.

A equipe recebeu a informação de populares que pelo canavial da usina Ester, próximo ao assentamento Milton Santos haveria um veículo abandonado.

No local, o carro modelo Chevrolet corsa estava todo queimado, sem possível identificar numeração de chassi ou emplacamento. Diante dos fatos foi solicitado o serviço de guincho que encaminhou o veículo ao Pátio Municipal.

O veículo foi encontrado dentro de um canavial na Estrada da Cachoeira, próximo à Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto Barracão.

Os agentes Camargo e Siqueira estavam patrulhando em um Canavial próximo a Estrada dos Italianos e durante o patrulhamento, já na Estrada da Cachoeira, encontraram um veículo Toyota roubado na última sexta-feira (23).

O carro foi apreendido e recolhido ao pátio, após o caso ser registrado na Polícia Civil (PC).
