O crime aconteceu neste domingo (18), no bairro Chácara Machadinho I, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a PM, uma equipe foi até a Rua Paraíba após solicitação via 190. No local, os policiais encontraram a vítima com o filho no lado de fora da residência.

A mulher apresentava lesões aparentes no rosto, braço e quadril. Ela contou à polícia que o marido a agrediu com socos e chutes após uma discussão, além de fazer ameaças com armas.

A equipe abordou o agressor que ainda estava na casa. Porém, ele começou a ofender os policiais e resistiu à prisão, sendo necessário o uso da força para conduzir o homem ao Distrito Policial.

Na casa, a PM apreendeu uma espada e uma arma falsa usadas pelo agressor nas ameaças.

O agressor vai responder pelo crime de violência doméstica.
