A prisão aconteceu na tarde desta terça-feira (14), no Jardim Paranapanema, em Campinas (SP).

De acordo com a polícia, logo após o crime, as equipes encontraram dois carros abandonados pelos bandidos e descobriram que eles continuaram a fuga usando um caminhão baú.

Os investigadores identificaram que o caminhão estava associado a um morador de Campinas com extensa ficha criminal, incluindo homicídios e roubos.

A polícia seguiu até o endereço do suspeito na Rua Serra da Boa Vista e encontrou o veículo estacionado no local. Assim que o proprietário saiu da casa, a equipe o abordou.

Dentro do imóvel, os agentes encontraram cerca de R$ 7,4 mil em espécie. Algumas cédulas estavam parcialmente queimadas e com marcas de fuligem. Também havia celulares, coletes e outros objetos que foram apreendidos.

O homem recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante e foi conduzido a sede da Divisão Especializada de Investigações Criminais (Deic) de Piracicaba (SP).

Com a prisão do suspeito, a polícia busca identificar os demais envolvidos no ataque.
