Os trabalhos começaram na quinta-feira (22), sob os cuidados da psicóloga Charlene Faveri.

A iniciativa partiu do delegado titular da DDM, Dr. José Donizeti de Melo, que visando o bem-estar de sua equipe procurou a psicóloga Faveri para uma parceria.

O objetivo é oferecer cuidados em saúde mental aos funcionários da DDM no formato de plantão psicológico sem custos ao Estado ou funcionários.

Faveri atua na área de Psicologia desde 2014 e integra a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Nova Odessa (SP) desde 2007, conciliando as duas funções. Na corporação, ela foi a primeira mulher a ocupar o cargo de inspetora.

Como psicóloga, atende a demanda tanto na modalidade presencial quanto online.

Na segurança pública atua na prevenção ao suicídio policial levando conhecimento através de palestras e treinamentos em cursos de formação e de aprimoramento.

Ela explica que na área policial há muito preconceito quanto a saúde mental. “Poder falar sobre isso na linguagem do operacional faz a diferença no sentido de aproximar a psicologia da segurança pública”, destacou.
