As pessoas podem acessar a sede da Administração Municipal pela entrada da Avenida Brasil, nº 85, respeitando todos os protocolos sanitários, como uso de máscara, distanciamento entre as pessoas e uso de álcool em gel.

Apesar da reabertura, vale destacar que o processo de concessão do Refis é completamente digital. A medida foi tomada para evitar aglomeração na prefeitura, diante das restrições ainda existentes em função da Pandemia. Os interessados devem acessar www.americana.sp.gov.br/refis2021.

A Prefeitura oferece a possibilidade de se realizar vários serviços por meio eletrônico. Assim, a orientação é para as pessoas darem preferência ao atendimento remoto evitando, dessa maneira, aglomerações.

Podem ser acessados por meio eletrônico abertura e consultas de projetos e alvarás, guias de IPTU, informações sobre multas de trânsito, abertura e acompanhamento de processos digitais, solicitação de reparo de iluminação pública, cadastro habitacional, nota fiscal eletrônica, entre outros serviços.
