O caso aconteceu na Lanchonete Burger Companhia Pratos Especiais, por volta das 04h20.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os Soldados Fabiano e Mendonça foram informados via Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo (Copom) de que havia um furto em andamento no comércio e a equipe seguiu até o local.

Por lá, os militares se depararam com o autor ainda na lanchonete, mas ao ver a viatura, ele tentou fugir pulando o muro e foi detido do lado externo do estabelecimento.

Em revista pessoal foram encontrados um notebook e R$ 93,75. O autor confessou a pratica de furto e ainda relatou que o dinheiro era do caixa.

Segundo a PM, o autor entrou no local após arrombar a janela de blindex.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o mesmo permanceu à disposição da Justiça pelo crime de furto (Art. 155).
