O acidente aconteceu na Avenida Andrade Neves, região da Vila Industrial em Campinas (SP).

Uma equipe da Polícia Militar (PM) realizava patrulhamento quando se deparou com o acidente.

De acordo com o relato do motorista do ônibus, a vítima teria forçado uma ultrapassagem pela faixa da direita, exclusiva para ônibus, e se desequilibrou.

O condutor da moto foi socorrido e levado ao Hospital Vera Cruz. Ele com ferimentos na cabeça, mas consciente.

No atendimento da ocorrência, a PM ainda constatou duas irregularidades e tomou medidas administrativas. A moto estava com o licenciamento em atraso e o motorista do ônibus com a habilitação vencida há mais de 30 dias.

Um morador em situação de rua encontrou a vítima extremamente machucada e chamou ajuda, mas ela não resistiu aos ferimentos.

Conforme apuração do site Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 4h30, na Avenida Andrade Neves, próximo a uma escola.

De acordo com a polícia, um morador em situação de rua viu a vítima caída e com muito sangue em volta do corpo. Ele foi até a delegacia e pediu ajuda.

Imediatamente, um agente da Polícia Civil chamou a Polícia Militar (PM) e o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu).

Os socorristas encontraram a vítima em parada cardíaca e tentaram a ressuscitação cardiopulmonar (RCP). Porém, o homem não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu no local.

A equipe confirmou o óbito por agressão, pois a vítima estava com a cabeça extremamente machucada.

A perícia esteve no local do crime e realizou os trabalhos necessários. Logo depois, o departamento de Serviços Técnicos Gerais (Setec) recolheu o corpo.

As causas da morte serão apuradas.
