A ação de combate ao tráfico aconteceu nesta quinta-feira (19), passando por Sumaré (SP) e Campinas (SP).

De acordo com a Polícia Civil, a Operação Matão visava combater a distribuição de drogas na região do bairro de mesmo nome, localizado em Sumaré.

Através das investigações e denúncias anônimas, os policiais descobriram que um Honda Civic era o responsável por abastecer os pontos de tráfico do bairro.

Durante a manhã desta quinta-feira, a polícia acompanhou o veículo pelo município, até o Autoposto Terminal Intermodal de Cargas, em Campinas.

A equipe fez a abordagem no local. Dois homens, de 23 e 30 anos, estavam no carro e um deles chegou a jogar um celular antes de ser detido.

No veículo, tinha uma bolsa com três tijolos de crack e uma balança de precisão. Além disso, no porta-luvas havia 67,3 mil em dinheiro venezuelano.

Com a confirmação das denúncias, a dupla recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante. Eles ficaram detidos na Cadeia Pública de Sumaré, onde aguardarão por audiência de custódia.
