O crime ocorreu no dia 26 de dezembro de 2022, em uma lanchonete no bairro Parque Industrial.

Após o crime, a polícia passou a monitorar o suspeito – um caminhoneiro de 40 anos de idade, morador do bairro Bela Vista, em Conchal. Ele foi para o Estado do Rio de Janeiro após o crime e, nesta terça-feira (10), foi preso na cidade de Mogi Guaçu (SP), enquanto retornava.

Ele foi conduzido até a delegacia de Mogi Guaçu, porém preferiu se manter em silêncio e negou ter cometido o crime. Ele segue preso.

O crime ocorreu na madrugada de 26 de dezembro de 2022, em uma lanchonete da Avenida João Paulo II, no bairro Parque Industrial, em Conchal (SP). As vítimas, dois masculinos de 22 e 35 anos, morreram após serem alvejadas na cabeça.
