Não houve princípio de incêndio, nem feridos na ocorrência.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a queda aconteceu por volta das 9h na Avenida Joaquim Lopes Aguila.

Populares que estavam no local fizeram a remoção dos objetos do balão, que não causou danos.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi ao estabelecimento e coletou o depoimento de um funcionário sobre o caso.

A equipe não identificou o responsável, mas apreendeu o objeto e registrou o caso como soltura de balões.

Crime

Vale ressaltar que fabricar, vender, transportar ou soltar balões que possam provocar incêndios é crime.

A pena prevista, caso o autor do lançamento seja identificado, é a detenção de um a três anos, multa ou ambas cumulativamente.
