Segundo apurado pelo Policial Padrão, o motorista se envolveu em um acidente de trânsito com uma viatura da PM na Avenida Santa Bárbara do Rio Pardo.

Não houve nenhuma vítima na colisão. Porém, enquanto a equipe elaborava o boletim de ocorrência, o autor, que ainda não tinha sido liberado, tentou fugir correndo.

O motorista desobedeceu às ordens de parada dos policiais, mas acabou detido.

O autor foi algemado e levado ao 1º Distrito Policial. No local, o delegado de plantão pediu exames que detectaram que o suspeito estava alcoolizado.

Ele foi autuado por embriaguez ao volante, resistência e desobediência. Após o registro da ocorrência, o motorista foi liberado.
