A Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada através do 190. Os proprietários do estabelecimento informaram que três homens arrombaram a porta do local e furtaram seis celulares e dois notebooks.

Nenhum suspeito foi localizado. A Polícia Civil (PC) investiga o caso.

Segundo a Agência, os combustíveis tinham mais de 50% de etanol anidro na composição, sendo que a legislação permite no máximo 27%

O percentual da substância nas gasolinas comum e aditivada eram de 61% e 54%, respectivamente.

Além disso, existe a suspeita de que a quantidade de metanol no etanol hidratado esteja irregular. O laboratório fará a análise.

No total, 12 bicos de quatro tanques foram interditados. A ANP informou que as interdições são uma medida cautelar para proteger o consumidor, e não formas de punição.

Os autuados vão passar por um processo administrativo. Podem ser multados em até R$ 5 milhões, além de ter o funcionamento do posto suspenso e revogado em caso de reincidência, desde que as irregularidades sejam comprovadas.
