Segundo informações da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), o acusado resistiu à prisão e tentou intimidar a equipe.

A denúncia sobre a agressão chegou à Central de Operações (COP) informando sobre um homem que estaria agredindo a namorada e familiares.

Agentes dos grupamentos de Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu) e Maria da Penha seguiram ao local, e conversaram com o pai do agressor.

Uma das vítimas disse que flagrou o filho agredindo a nora com socos e puxões de cabelo. Ele e outro filho tentaram intervir e também foram agredidos.

A confusão ganhou proporções maiores, já que o acusado se irritou por conta da presença dos guardas municipais. Ele, então, passou a xingar os agentes e resistir à prisão, sendo necessário o uso de algemas.

De acordo com a GCM, as vítimas foram levadas à Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) do Piracicamirim e passaram por avaliação médica devido às lesões.

O autor foi preso em flagrante e o caso foi registrado no Plantão da Delegacia de Piracicaba como violência doméstica, vias de fato e agressão.
