A vítima foi encontrada com marcas de violência e grande parte do corpo carbonizado.

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, o crime aconteceu por volta das 04h e próximo a um bar na Rua Dois. Marcas de sangue em frente ao estabelecimento indicam uma briga que teria acontecido.

Devido a grande quantidade de sangue e as marcas de violência, a suspeita é que o jovem teria sido agredido por um grupo de pessoas. A carbonização foi feita por dois pneus que foram encontrados próximo ao corpo do rapaz.

O corpo da vítima já foi encaminhada ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML) de Americana. O caso foi registrado como homicídio qualificado no Plantão Policial de Sumaré. Ainda não há suspeitos.
