O autor foi indiciado por tentativa de homicídio.

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, a mãe da vítima estava dormindo quando escutou três disparos no quarto do filho. O homem foi alvejado na perna esquerda, braço esquerdo e ombro direito com projetil alojado no pulmão.

A vítima foi conduzida ao Pronto-Socorro Dr. Edson Mano, onde relatou que o autor dos disparos era seu primo e eles haviam discutido na parte da tarde.

O autor foi localizado e detido com o armamento. O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, onde foi instaurado inquérito para apurar os fatos.
