Ele trafegava com uma moto de leilão.

A equipe estava em patrulhamento pela Rua Humberto Pescarini quando se deparou com o suspeito conduzindo a moto com um emplacamento artesanal.

Na abordagem, o suspeito alegou ter comprado a moto por R$ 4 mil em um leilão.

O condutor e o veículo foram conduzidos ao Distrito Policial (DP), onde o homem foi ouvido e liberado. O veículo permaneceu apreendido.

Não houve princípio de incêndio, nem feridos na ocorrência.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a queda aconteceu por volta das 9h na Avenida Joaquim Lopes Aguila.

Populares que estavam no local fizeram a remoção dos objetos do balão, que não causou danos.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi ao estabelecimento e coletou o depoimento de um funcionário sobre o caso.

A equipe não identificou o responsável, mas apreendeu o objeto e registrou o caso como soltura de balões.

Crime

Vale ressaltar que fabricar, vender, transportar ou soltar balões que possam provocar incêndios é crime.

A pena prevista, caso o autor do lançamento seja identificado, é a detenção de um a três anos, multa ou ambas cumulativamente.
