Os patrulheiros Sub inspetor Antunes e os guardas Novais, Aguilera e Ivanilse faziam operação saturação pelo bairro, afim de combater crimes na região, quando avistaram pela rua do Bem-te-vi um individuo empurrando uma moto, ao qual ensejou abordagem pela atitude suspeita.

Abordado e identificado, tendo 27 anos, não sendo nada de ilícito encontrado com ele, porém a motocicleta estava com placas artesanais, sem identificações legais e condutor não havia nenhum documento, inclusive CNH para conduzir o veiculo.

Os agentes perguntaram sobre a procedência da moto, informou que pegou emprestada de um colega e que seria de leilão.

Diante das informações, ocorrência foi apresentada a Central de Policia Judiciaria (CPJ) onde o delegado fez a apreensão e recolha da motocicleta e liberou o condutor.
