No estabelecimento, estavam aproximadamente 90 pessoas, entre funcionários e jogadores, além de 93 máquinas de jogos.

A corporação chegou até o local após receber uma denúncia de cárcere privado em um bingo.
Ao entrarem no estabelecimento, as equipes da GCM encontraram as máquinas e os apostadores. A pessoa que denunciou o cárcere privado já tinha ido embora.

Os agentes apreenderam cerca de R$ 15 mil em dinheiro, R$ 6,7 mil em cheques e três máquinas de cartões. A perícia também esteve no local.

As pessoas que estavam no bingo foram conduzidas ao 1º e 4º Distrito Policial e liberadas após prestarem depoimentos.

O boletim de ocorrência ficou registrado no 4º Distrito Policial como jogos de azar. Ninguém foi preso.
