O estabelecimento e os organizadores sofreram autuações pelo funcionamento do local na fase vermelha do Plano São Paulo, permitindo permitirem aglomerações e frequentadores sem máscaras na festa.

Com o descumprimento das regras, o estabelecimento e os responsáveis pela organização da festa foram autuados com base no Código Sanitário, que prevê multa de até R$ 276 mil. Pela aglomeração de pessoas e a falta do uso de máscara, a multa é de R$ 5 mil.

A Vigilância Sanitária estadual já realizou mais de 110 mil inspeções e 1,2 mil autuações desde 1º de julho, até a primeira quinzena do mês de dezembro.
