De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, o homem foi atingido por uma motocicleta enquanto transitava pela rua citada. O Corpo de Bombeiros compareceu ao local e transferido a vítima ao Hospital Municipal, porém não resistiu aos ferimentos .

Testemunhas relataram que a vítima havia se envolvido em uma briga de bar momentos antes, na Rua Georges Moutam. Raul estava apanhando e para se defender pegou uma garrafa e jogou contra um homem. Ele teria revidado, montado em sua moto e atropelado Raul.

O autor do atropelamento fugiu do local e não foi identificado até o momento. O corpo do boliviano foi encaminhado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML), em Americana.

O caso foi registrado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o caso será investigado.
