O crime aconteceu em fevereiro de 2022. As vítimas foram encontradas nas cidades de Americana e Santa Bárbara.

Ferreira responde pela morte de Afonso Silva de Souza e Matheus Breendel Santana da Cunha, ambos de 26 anos, e Willian Lopes Pereira, de 30 anos. Todos mortos a tiros.

O júri do acusado deve começar às 10h, no Fórum de Santa Bárbara.

Relembre o caso

No dia 3 de fevereiro, a polícia encontrou três corpos com características de execução em bairros de Americana e Santa Bárbara.

Segundo investigações da Polícia Civil, Willian foi morto com um tiro na cabeça após uma briga de bar. O corpo dele foi encontrado em uma estrada rural, no bairro Parque da Liberdade, próximo ao Zincão.

Já Afonso e Matheus, teriam sido mortos por terem testemunhado o primeiro crime. A polícia encontrou os dois também com ferimentos na cabeça na Rua Guaratinguetá, no Jardim Esmeralda. Eles chegaram a ser socorridos, mas morreram em hospitais da cidade.
