A ação policial aconteceu nesta quinta-feira (22). O homem detido admitiu que as máquinas eram do jogo de azar.

Das quatro máquinas localizadas, duas estavam em funcionamento, mas não haviam apostadores presentes no momento da abordagem. A Polícia Técnico-Científica compareceu para realizar a perícia no local. Durante a ação, foram retirados dos dispositivos quatro equipamentos onde ficavam as notas, quatro cartões de memória e R$ 214 em espécie. Esses objetos foram apreendidos pela Polícia Civil (PC), que vai investigar a procedência do material.

Além disso, os policiais verificaram que o bar estava com o alvará e a licença da Vigilância Santirária vencidos.

O proprietário será chamado para prestar esclarecimentos às autoridades competentes e poderá responder por crimes relacionadas aos jogos de azar.
