Após o crime, o autor fugiu em uma moto.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, as vítimas fatais foram Camila Cristina Galdino de Toledo de 29 anos e Diego Fernando Pinto de 33 anos.

A jovem teria discutido com o ex-namorado na calçada do estabelecimento que fica na Avenida Raposo Tavares, e um dos donos do comércio tentou intervir.

O autor atirou contra eles e além das vítimas fatais, atingiu o irmão de Diego, que é sócio do estabelecimento. Camila e Diego foram socorridos, mas não resistiram aos ferimentos. Já a terceira vítima, foi baleada no braço e encaminhada para o hospital Santa Casa de Piracicaba.

Na cena do crime, a perícia apreendeu 12 cápsulas nove milímetros e dois projéteis. A Polícia Civil também recolheu imagens de circuito de segurança para ajudar na investigação.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial como feminicídio, homicídio consumado e tentativa de homicídio. O autor já foi identificado, mas até o fechamento desta publicação não tinha sido detido.
