De acordo com a corporação, o roubo do veículo aconteceu em Limeira (SP) e o caminhão foi deixado às margens da Rodovia Maria das Graças Martins (SP-135).

Ainda segundo a Guarda, o veículo tem capacidade para transportar 45 mil litros de combustível, mas estava vazio.

O gerente da empresa responsável pelo veículo, o motorista que foi vítima do crime e o representante da seguradora compareceram ao local.

O caminhão passou por perícia e foi devolvido ao proprietário.
