De acordo com as primeiras informações passadas pela Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR), o caminhão sem carga trafegava na via sentido oestes,  por motivos ainda não apurados capotou e ficou imobilizado no sentido leste.

Juscivan França da Silva foi arremessado e ficou sob o veículo. Neste momento a primeira faixa da rodovia está interditada, mas o trânsito segue normal.

A Polícia Técnica já foi acionada e os policiais seguem no local.
