Segundo a Polícia Militar (PM), outras duas pessoas teriam participado do crime, que aconteceu em Sumaré (SP).

O Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) informou que o rapaz foi encontrado no Jardim Rosália, enquanto a carga foi recuperada em um imóvel na Vila Padre Anchieta.

A quantidade de produtos recuperada não foi informada, e o veículo está registrado oficialmente em nome do pai do suspeito.

Ainda de acordo com a PM, após perceber que as placas foram registradas por uma câmera de segurança na ação, o suspeito teria ligado para a mãe e pediu para ela registrar um boletim de ocorrência por roubo.

A mulher fez o registro, e por conta disso deve responder por falsa comunicação de crime.

O veículo foi abandonado em uma área entre as cidades de Hortolândia (SP) e Sumaré (SP). Os outros dois suspeitos que participaram do roubo fugiram e não foram localizados até esta publicação.
